2026-1399 - SAP S/4HANA Finance Reporting & Analytics Manager

Function : Advisory/Manager
Contract type : Permanent
Position description :
KPMG has built a strong network of strategic alliances with leading technology, data, and services companies to help clients tackle their most pressing challenges.
Recently, our SAP team received the SAP Rising Star Award, recognizing the rapid growth and impact of our Belgium - Netherlands SAP practice.
In just two years, our team has expanded to 180 professionals and continues to build strong momentum together with SAP.
As organizations accelerate their journeys to SAP S/4HANA, they increasingly need an independent, trusted advisor at the program level, someone who understands the technology from the inside but can stand apart from the systems integrator to provide honest, rigorous assurance.
At KPMG, we play a trusted advisor role across the full reporting journey: from defining the future-state
reporting architecture, mapping standard S/4HANA Finance reports to business requirements, configuring Funds Management reporting for public sector clients, to building SAC dashboards and embedded analytics that give decision-makers real-time visibility. We are looking for a manager or senior manager who can bring that expertise to our clients and our team.

Your key responsibilities:
Finance Reporting Design & Configuration in core S/4HANA
Analyse client Finance reporting requirements and map them to standard SAP S/4HANA reporting
capabilities, covering FI-GL, CO, AP/AR, and asset accounting.
Design and configure Finance reporting structures in S/4HANA, including ledgers, segment reporting, profit center hierarchies, and cost center layouts.
Support blueprint and realization phases for Finance reporting workstreams, working with
functional leads, system integrators, and client Finance teams.
Validate standard S/4HANA report outputs and advise clients on substitution, allocation, and period-end reporting processes.
Analytics & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Design and build of SAC Finance dashboards connected to S/4HANA live data, budget vs. actuals, cashflow, commitment reporting, and P&L views.
Advise clients on SAC Planning integration with S/4HANA Finance: planning models, driver-based
planning, and forecast processes.
Client Delivery & Team Contribution
Operate as a Finance reporting specialist on KPMG advisory engagements, working within broader S/4HANA program teams alongside programme managers, QA leads, and functional consultants.
Contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities for Finance reporting and analytics workstreams.
Help develop KPMG's internal Finance reporting assets, templates, and accelerators for reuse across engagements.
