As part of the Financial Due Diligence team, the role involves the following responsibilities: Participating in financial due diligence assignments in the context of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, serving both corporate and private equity clients; Identifying key risks and gaining insight into value drivers and the performance of the target business; Adding value to transactions by translating key findings into price adjustment considerations; Analyzing and presenting financial information (including income P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements), as well as underlying key performance drivers; Assessing key valuation metrics used to bridge enterprise and equity value by analyzing underlying EBITDA, working capital requirements, and net (financial) debt; Providing insight into other financial and non-financial risks and opportunities relevant in a transaction context; Working in close collaboration with the client's M&A team and other due diligence workstreams (legal, tax, pensions, environmental, etc.); Operating in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work on cross-border projects.
