Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field — or equivalent experience in the energy sector. 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or advisory with focus on Energy Sector, Finance Transformation, Costing & Profitability Management, Financial Reporting etc. Solid understanding of the energy sector — able to speak confidently about its key drivers, trends, and operational challenges. Expertise in areas such as financial reporting, finance operating model design, performance management, and costing/profitability analysis. Comfortable managing small to mid-sized teams (1–5+ people) and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Foundational AI Leadership Skills: You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (or at least two of these fluently).
