As a (Senior) Manager Estate Planning you will be part of our team of enthusiastic specialists and will offer private clients and owners of family owned businesses a total solution in the field of estate planning.
Our team works for high net worth individuals and Families that are mostly entrepreneurial and often operate in an international context.
As estate planners we operate at the intersection of tax and private law. Therefore, thanks to a thorough investigation and analysis of our clients’ specific situation, you are able to provide well-founded advice on all legal and tax matters with regard to their family, their business and their wealth. You are fully responsible for the preparation, follow-up and completion of your files.
You are eager to learn, proactive and able to work autonomously within the team.
Thanks to your meticulous work attitude and broad knowledge, you succeed in providing conclusive and concrete answers to our clients’ needs.

- You have a Master in Law, having an additional degree in notary / tax / estate planning is an asset.
- You have minimum 6 years relevant experience in matrimonial property law, inheritance law, gift tax, inheritance tax and you are familiar with personal and corporate taxation, and company law.
- Your career path shows that you have an affinity with family businesses.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English which enables you to work smoothly with all customers, knowledge of French would be considered as a great plus.
- You are an outspoken team player who is driven and goal oriented.
- You can easily start new contacts thanks to your collegial and dynamic attitude.
- You are transparent and clear in your relations with client and colleagues.
- You have a critical mindset and a pragmatic, down to earth and personal style
