As Business Analyst you will:

• Participate in business analysis projects, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, define business requirements, translate them in functional and non-functional requirements and translate them in IT solutions.
• Get familiar with the relevant IT solutions and can implement use cases; as a key-user you are able to provide end-users with hands-on training.

• You hold a master's degree and have at least 2-3 years of experience in banking technology or technology consulting in the banking / FS sector.
• You have thorough experience in user stories’ definitions, business requirements gathering, definition of functional and non-functional requirements and IT solutions design. Ideally for various banking products and lines of business in banks / FS sector.
• You make the link between the Business and Technology.
• You have some experience in business process modeling, Lean, continuous improvements and project management methodologies (waterfall/agile).
• Preferably you also have experience in end-user training and/or user acceptance testing, from test cases’ definition to test execution.
• You have a pro-active mindset, dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment.
• You are not afraid to challenge assumptions, business needs and to rethink the status quo.
• You have fluent communication and facilitation skills in English and Dutch or French.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.
