Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks for operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.

• Help clients build and improve Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.g. ISO 22301).
• Advise on governance, roles, responsibilities and run testing exercises.
• Review and enhance crisis response and resilience strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments, BIAs, and continuity planning.
• Guide clients on regulatory requirements (e.g. CER) and best practices.
• Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into the wider risk framework.
• Support ISO 22301 certification and help improve continuity maturity.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in risk, business continuity, crisis or disaster recovery, in-house or consulting.
• Solid knowledge of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus).
• Familiar with EU/BE regulations like DORA, NIS2, CER.
• Experience with BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Proactive team player who can also work independently and help grow the business.
• You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
