About the Role
We are looking for a Data & AI Transformation Manager to strengthen our growing team.

In this role, you will lead complex Data & AI transformation initiatives that combine business change, operating model evolution and technology-enabled innovation. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, business teams, data professionals and technology experts to design and deliver large-scale transformations that help organizations make better decisions, improve efficiency and create new business opportunities through data and AI.

You will play a key role in translating strategic ambitions into practical transformation roadmaps and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

 
Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Data & AI transformation programs, from strategy definition to implementation and operationalization.
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams consisting of data strategists, analytics experts, data engineers, AI specialists and change professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including senior management and C-level executives.
  • Define Data & AI transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation approaches aligned with client objectives.
  • Support clients in establishing data-driven operating models, governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
  • Guide organizations through the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify business value opportunities, use cases and transformation priorities.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable Data & AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee project delivery, quality assurance, budget management and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey.
  • Drive organizational change, user adoption and capability building to ensure sustainable transformation results.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to align business requirements with modern data platforms, analytics solutions and AI capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory developments within the Data & AI ecosystem.
  • Contribute to business development activities, proposal writing, client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members while supporting the continued growth of the Lighthouse practice.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You bring at least 6 years of relevant experience in Data, Analytics, AI or digital transformation consulting.
  • You have a proven track record in leading business transformation initiatives involving data management, analytics, AI or enterprise data platforms.
  • You understand the full Data & AI value chain, including data strategy, governance, data quality, data architecture, business intelligence, advanced analytics and AI.
  • You have experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business objectives into transformation programs.
  • You are familiar with change management methodologies and driving adoption of new data-driven ways of working.
  • You can demonstrate successful delivery of complex transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • You possess strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You have a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy solving complex business challenges.
  • You are able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery oversight.
  • You are passionate about innovation and understand how emerging AI technologies can create business value.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, modern analytics ecosystems or AI initiatives is considered a strong asset.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
