Roles & Responsibilities

As an ESG Data & Tech Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with ESG experts and technology alliances (e.g., Microsoft, Workiva, Sweep) to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
• Drive Sustainable Value: Help organizations define, implement, and optimize ESG data strategies that go beyond regulatory compliance to drive meaningful and measurable impact.
• Innovate with Technology: Enable clients to leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to streamline data collection, reporting, and performance management, aligning ESG initiatives with their broader business goals.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Analyze ESG-related data, identify actionable insights, and co-develop solutions that support informed decision-making, sustainability reporting, and long-term value creation.
• Support Regulatory Compliance: Assist clients in aligning their data strategies with global ESG standards and frameworks such as CSRD, GRI, TCFD, and SASB.
• Implement Change: Contribute to effective organizational change by embedding ESG data and AI solutions into business processes, ensuring adoption and sustained impact.

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals with the following profile:

Experience & Expertise:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or technology consulting, ideally with a focus on sustainability or ESG initiatives.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB) and sustainability data metrics.
• Exposure to leading ESG platforms such as Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, Workiva, or Sweep is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and AI technologies, including their role in enabling ESG transformation.
• Proficiency in data management tools and methodologies, with an ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage with diverse stakeholders, including ESG specialists, technology partners, and client teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
