With our pragmatic and client‑centric approach, we help organizations drive sustainable growth and profitability, today and in the future.

Our CFO Advisory team is looking for an IFRS Advisory (Senior) Manager to strengthen the team and support CFOs in enhancing their capital market or financial operations, while creating value from complex financial reporting challenges.

What you will do

As an IFRS Advisory (Senior) Manager, you will guide and develop a team of experts who support clients with a wide range of financial reporting and communication challenges related to transactions or regulatory requirements. These may include deal and post‑deal accounting, consolidation, IPO preparation, special financials and carve‑outs, structuring for complex projects, IFRS conversions, new accounting standards or interpretations, ESG reporting, and more.

Project management:

  • Lead and coordinate capital markets and financial reporting engagements in close collaboration with the responsible Partner and other professionals across KPMG.

Commercial management:

  • Build expertise across a range of clients, sectors, and markets, while staying aware of KPMG’s service offerings.
  • Drive business development activities—from identifying opportunities to preparing proposals and delivering presentations.
  • Contribute to expanding the CFO Advisory footprint in the Belgian market.
  • Participate in the development of new and enhanced financial reporting and accounting advisory offerings.
  • Support project completion reviews to identify lessons learned, strengthening future quality and commercial success.

 People management:

  • As a performance manager, recruit, mentor, develop, motivate, and coach team members to help them grow and achieve their potential.
  • Lead your operational teams by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration.
