Depending on your focus (HR Marketing/Events), your responsibilities might include:

  • Organizing recruitment events, assessment centers and campus recruitment initiatives, from strategy to practical roll-out.
  • Managing communication tools, such as - but not limited to - the KPMG website, job boards and social media.
  • Drafting and updating corporate HR communications such as policies, training documents, etc.
  • Managing relationships with universities and colleges to identify communication channels and touch points with graduates.
  • Contributing to the sourcing strategy by identifying best practices in terms of employer branding & recruitment activities and connecting with graduates in order to be a top-of-mind employer.
  • Prescreening of candidates by telephone in order to ensure maximum attendance of high-quality participants in recruitment events.
  • Following up on event participants in order to ensure a steady influx of candidates to meet the future needs of the business.
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team's knowledge development by following recent trends in HR (Marketing).

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • You are a final-year Bachelor or Master's student with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Event Management or an equivalent and you are interested in Human Resources.
  • You possess strong organizational skills, you have an eye for detail and you are a solution seeker.
  • You enjoy spending time communicating with people and you have excellent writing skills.
  • You are client-oriented, pro-active, service-minded and a real team player.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
