We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive IT transformative projects.

As a Senior Advisor within the CIO Advisory team, you will leverage your expertise to strategically support and guide medium- to large size organizations through their digital and technology-led transformation journeys. 

Your core responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborating with clients in defining their IT strategy and IT target operating model and the actual roll-out of this strategy within the organization.
  • Shaping vision on Digital & IT Strategy & Transformation (evaluating as-is, identifying gaps, shaping plans, guiding transformation journey)
  • Evaluating & designing Digital & IT TOM (processes, people, service delivery model, governance)
  • Creating roadmaps for transformation journey
• Guiding clients in outsourcing strategies, enhancing existing relationships with external service providers, and optimizing service delivery models
• Assessing architecture landscape and providing forward-looking recommendations
• Ensuring quality assurance in technology transformations through peer reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution
• Identifying and shaping business opportunities and supporting go-to-market activities to further drive growth.
• Supervising and coaching project teams to deliver transformation projects/programs effectively.

In addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess:

• 5+years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: IT Strategy/ IT Audit & GRC/ IT Governance / IT Sourcing and SIAM/ ITSM
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT strategy and digital transformation.
• A natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments.
• Excellent change management, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Flexibility and motivation to work on diverse projects, with fluency in Dutch/ or French, and English.
• Previous experience in consulting is an advantage.
• Cobit, ITIL, TOGAF… certifications are an asset.
