Within KPMG Advisory we are building a team focused on Real Estate Advisory, which consists of professionals who have sector expertise in the areas of strategy, innovation, sustainability, stakeholder management, process optimisation, digital enablement and transactions.

Your challenges:

• Assisting in the development of Real Estate strategy and Target Operating Model for corporations, public entities or Real Estate investors
• Think along with the client to improve their Real Estate organisation
• Support (senior) management in developing new Real Estate Advisory services and winning new engagements
• Assisting in the development of data-based techniques for analysis of Real Estate-related issues or optimizations
• Be a true ambassador inside and outside the firm for the Real Estate Advisory services

The diversity in projects and clients generates a challenging environment and a constantly shifting workload. Your role will be highly varied with a lot of responsibilities and involves working in a supportive, young and dynamic team. As our clients are spread over the country and even across boundaries, flexibility with regard to your working location and travel time is required.

You (will soon) hold a Master Degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering (Construction/Architecture), Industrial Sciences, Computer Sciences, Physics or an equivalent and you are eager to develop yourself as an expert in Real Estate.
