We offer

At KPMG we challenge companies to really make a difference and create competitive advantage by actively managing their impact on our planet and communities. Also we believe in the importance of sustainability or non-financial reporting towards stakeholders at large. We assist companies in communicating their integrated value creation through their corporate reporting. Increasingly we also provide assurance on such reporting and the important information it contains, as a token of credibility to investors and other stakeholders. Our goal is to help our clients respond to sustainability challenges and navigate the evolving reporting landscape in areas such as climate change, ethical supply chain management, human rights, economic development and circular economy. We are looking for people who are just like us fascinated by the power of sustainable business performance and related corporate reporting, people who are connected to it from their studies, experience, network or their role in society.

You will be part of a collaborative, dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging environment. Whilst the core focus of your work will be to assist on sustainability reporting and assurance engagements as a primary focus, you may also have the opportunity to work on sustainability related advisory engagements. This will give you a broad breadth of experience as a professional.

  • The chance to work with interesting clients and innovative technology. At KPMG you can expect real responsibilities and opportunities to grow professionally. A career in KPMG Sustainability will give you countless growth possibilities and the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams on a broad range of different assurance and reporting projects.
  • A corporate culture in which personal growth, mutual trust and lifelong learning are being fostered.
  • An inclusive workspace that encourages diversity and pursues mutual respect and tolerance for each other’s beliefs and background.
  • Professional experiences in an international and dynamic working environment to boost your career journey.
  • A competitive and attractive compensation package and a great number of extra-legal advantages.
  • A flexible, hybrid working schedule where employees can work on different locations: at home, at the office, on the go or at a client’s site.
  • A professional environment that heavily invests in its people’s development of soft skills and technical know-how, by organizing both classroom and virtual trainings.
  • A wide range of teambuilding activities and social events (e.g. afterwork drinks, network evenings, annual national receptions, etc.) that enable new joiners to meet colleagues within the wider KPMG community and have some fun along the way.
  • A comprehensive well-being programme that includes hospitalization insurance and several initiatives that focus on mental health.
