Roles & Responsibilities

In today’s rapidly evolving world, companies face growing pressure to adapt and remain competitive amid continuous change. Shifts in the business landscape, technological advancements, geopolitical uncertainty, and intensified competition are forcing organizations to rethink how they operate, grow, and create value. These strategic challenges lie at the core of the most critical decisions leadership teams must make — decisions that shape the long-term future of their organizations.

We support companies in identifying, designing, and executing the changes needed to strengthen their competitive position, enhance performance, and unlock sustainable growth for the future.  Our Strategy team partners with leading organizations to address their most critical strategic and operational challenges across six core offerings:

  • Corporate Strategy & Transformation
  • Growth & Market Entry Strategy
  • Operating & Cost Strategy
  • Enterprise-wide Target Operating Model (TOM) Design
  • Integrated, Commercial & Operational Due Diligence
  • Integration & Separation

The Strategy team is currently seeking to expand and build on its current strategy development and commercial experience. You will be part of a team that advises executive clients in addressing key strategic issues and help them by providing insights and answers on how to position themselves in the market and assist them in what it takes to be successful. In this role, you will be expected to create high-quality, impactful deliverables tailored to engagement objectives and client needs, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a Manager within our Strategy team with specific focus on Energy & Infrastructure, you will play a key role in helping clients across sectors such as energy, water, construction, infrastructure and telecom navigate this transformation journey. You will lead high-impact strategy engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth and positioning of our practice. In this role, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Work closely with C-suite executives to navigate complex strategy engagements, solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational issues & improvements and identify growth opportunities;
  • Lead clients’ engagements and support them in determining their strategies and approaches to identify the most relevant initiatives and projects to execute according to their needs;
  • Manage clients’ engagements from start to finish including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creating and coordinating final deliverables, and assisting with presentation of results;
  • Play a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting its growth and the expansion of its service offerings;
  • Manage and mentor junior staff throughout the project lifecycle, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative culture.
