Roles & Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the technical integrity and quality of each project.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise the potential of Microsoft technologies within projects
  • Provide a seamless development experience for the technical team
  • Ensure builds and releases run smoothly
  • Conduct quality control with a focus on performance, stability, and robustness
  • Ensure successful integration with other applications
  • Oversee the efficient migration of data to the new solutions

You will be supported by a team of technical consultants and developers. One of your key deliverables will be a detailed solution design covering the application landscape, integrations, and infrastructure.

 

Role:

  • Provide technical guidance on performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Define infrastructure and application design
  • Develop migration strategies, tools, and approaches
  • Design, install, and maintain the environment landscape from development to production
  • Support hardware sizing and software upgrades
  • Conduct quality control with a strong focus on performance and security
  • Plan and implement integration tests to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Deliver training for technical and IT management staff as required
  • Stay current with Microsoft technologies and share knowledge across teams

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

  • Experience in managing and coaching technical teams of five or more members
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A minimum of six years of hands-on experience in ERP implementations
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure sizing and application architecture
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies
  • Experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics migration activities
  • Relevant technical certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English

Additional qualifications that are considered a plus:

  • Certification in Prince2, PMP, or other project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps
