Roles & Responsibilities

 

Within our Financial Services Transformation team, part of Advisory, we support clients in delivering complex change across the financial services landscape.

We offer clients services in our 4 core services for our FS clients:  

  • Core system transformations
  • Target Operating Model
  • Process Digitalization (including Automation & AI) & Operational Excellence
  • Project &  Program Management

As a Senior Advisor, you will participate in high-impact transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services sector. You will both advise clients on improving their delivery environments

  • Help our clients to model and to streamline their End-to-End processes and build a more customer-centric organization enabled by emerging technologies
  • Help our clients to reach Operational Excellence through techniques including Lean, automation & robotics and digital technologies, including AI
  • Advise and support senior management of banks on their Target Operating Models and Digital transformations
  • Implement core banking systems and transform bank businesses through new sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver and manage large & complex multidisciplinary programs in cross functional teams in the banking sector.
  • Participate the development of the Banking Transformation offering and contribute to its expansion into the market.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, management, informatics, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong track record in banks, with expertise across (some) core banking processes (payment & daily banking, loan, investment & savings, KYC...)
  • Proven capabilities in Business Analysis and Process Redesign
  • Proven ability to operate across our service offerings in collaboration on complex, multi-stream environment
  • Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence at senior levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all environments, including business and IT
  • Good understanding to embed automation & AI into project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and organizational frameworks
  • Fluency in either French or Dutch is required; a good command of the other language is a strong asset.
  • A proactive, organized team player with strong business sense and a professional, collaborative attitude.
  • A sense of ownership, willingness to go the extra mile and deliver meaningful value to clients.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to continue learning and growing.
