Skills & Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results; a specialization in HR Management is an asset;
  • Four to five years of professional experience in HR; experience in a consulting company is an advantage. Experience with or affinity for public sector organizations (e.g. local authorities, federal/regional administrations or other public-interest organizations) is a plus;
  • Experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management; HR Transformation; HR process optimization;
  • An interest in HR data, with a data-driven approach to HR challenges;
  • A commercial mindset combined with a client-oriented and hands-on approach;
  • Ability to take ownership of client engagements and collaborate effectively within teams to ensure successful delivery;\
  • Willingness to contribute to internal organization-building initiatives that strengthen the team's skills and knowledge;
  • Confidence in working with AI tools, combined with a critical and responsible mindset when applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration;
  • A digitally minded outlook;
  • Strong networking skills and proven project experience, preferably within public sector organizations and/or large corporate organizations;
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English
