Roles & Responsibilities

Within our Insurance Transformation team, part of Advisory, we support clients in delivering complex change across the financial services landscape.

We offer clients services in our 4 core services for our Insurance clients:  

  • Core insurance system transformations
  • Target Operating Model
  • Process Digitalization (including Automation & AI) & Operational Excellence 
  • Project &  Program Management

Your role

As a Senior Manager, you will lead one or more high-impact transformation initiatives in the Insurance and financial services sector, with a focus on core insurance value chain transformation (e.g. underwriting, claims, policy administration, distribution, and regulatory change). Drawing on your experience across delivery models, you will both advise clients on enhancing their delivery capabilities and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Engage with C-level stakeholders (e.g. CEOs, CIOs, COO, Chief Underwriting/Claims Officers) to shape and steer program and project execution
  • Accelerate go-to-market execution and expand strategic client relationships within key insurance accounts
  • Inspire, mentor, and elevate team performance and delivery excellence while driving continuous improvement in transformation delivery
  • Stay ahead of insurance industry trends (digitalisation, InsurTech, regulatory change, IFRS 17, AI in claims/underwriting) and translate insights into innovative client offerings
  • Strengthen and expand our service offerings within Insurance Transformation Services, contributing to capability development and market positioning

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, management, informatics, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in project, program and transformation leading role
  • Strong track record in Insurance with expertise across core insurance processes (underwritting, claim management, KYC...) and segments (life, non life...).
  • Deep knowledge of the Core Insurance Processes
    Proven ability to operate across our service offerings and lead transversal collaboration on complex, multi-stream initiatives
  • Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence at senior levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all environments, including business and IT
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic project settings
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI, PMP, Scrum, SAFe)
  • Proven ability to embed automation & AI into project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and organizational frameworks
  • Exposure to InsurTech, AI-driven underwriting/claims automation, or data-driven insurance transformation
  • Fluency in either French or Dutch is required; a good command of the other language is a strong asset.
  • A proactive, organized team player with strong business sense and a professional, collaborative attitude.
  • A sense of ownership, willingness to go the extra mile and deliver meaningful value to clients.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to continue learning and growing
