Companies active in the Energy Sector are faced with new challenges due to external factors such as the rising energy costs, digital disruption and new regulations. We are looking for an ambitious senior manager with capabilities to develop our target accounts within the French-speaking Energy Sector, and lead and further develop our team.

Your challenges

• You are responsible for the development and rollout of the account management
• Maintain existing customers and attract new customers through commercial initiatives
• Seek and actively manage strategic alliances with partners for new value propositions emerging from trends, customer challenges and insights from other practices at KPMG and the expansion of our customer portfolio
• Operationally manage, coach and expand the Advisory team for the French-speaking Energy Sector in Belgium
• Consistently achieve commercial targets that are linked to your profile
• Build, maintain and contribute your internal network within KPMG, both nationally and internationally with the perspective to generate more business. You act as a central point of contact for the French-speaking Energy Sector.
• Follow up on the latest trends and challenges at our clients, also in the tax, legal, accounting
• Support customers in their sustainability strategy regarding their building stock
• Managing multidisciplinary teams on various projects for the Energy Sector Advisory practice

• 10 years or more of work experience in the French-speaking Energy Sector in Belgium, preferably in a consulting organization
• You have an academic diploma, preferably with additional training at an accredited management school
• Demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience
• You have knowledge of the concepts of smart grids, data & analytics, ESG, energy management software and other
• An extensive network within various organizations active in the French-speaking Energy Sector
• You are native French-speaking and have a good command of the English language, knowledge of Dutch is optional
