Roles & Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow HRSD (Senior) Advisor you are responsible for assisting KPMG’s clients on how to use their ServiceNow HRSD application. You will provide in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD application and take part in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the client’s business requirements to configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet these requirements.

Your detailed responsibilities are:

  • Gaining full understanding of the client’s current business processes
    Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the client organization to capture and document a comprehensive set of business requirements.
  • Execute FIT/GAP workshops and define target process designs aligned with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
  • Configure the ServiceNow HRSD application to achieve the client’s business requirements.
  • Create the functional designs and collaborate with the technical (offshore) team for any gaps (interfaces, custom development …) that should be solved.
  • Write test scenarios and execute functional testing.
  • Assist in integration testing.
  • Support customers during UAT.
  • Create training material and conduct training of customers.
  • Assist with the architectural design and impact analysis for (new) requirements.
  • Assist with estimation and planning of project activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest capabilities, functions and features in ServiceNow HRSD and spread this knowledge with the team.
  • You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
  • Contribute to building and implementing technical best practices and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in informatics or engineering
  • You have a minimum of 3 or 5 years of hands-on experience, and you have been involved in multiple ServiceNow implementation projects as a ServiceNow application consultant
  • You are CIS-ServiceNow HRSD certified or are willing to achieve this certification soon; Other ServiceNow certifications are a plus
  • You have a good understanding of HR operations
  • You can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility
  • You have a strong customer focus
  • You are a team player, willing to go the extra mile for the success of the team
  • You are a clear and effective communicator
  • You have strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills
  • You have excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • You keep developing your skills by working closely together with other colleagues
  • You are a fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time
  • You have a self-starter attitude and the ability to work well within ambiguity
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferred
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP or other project management tracks is considered an advantage
