Skills & Qualifications

KPMG is looking for inquisitive, driven, and enthusiastic professionals with strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills. This role suits individuals with the ambition to develop themselves, clients, and colleagues, and with the ability to co-build a future-proof HR function in innovative ways.

 

The following qualifications, expertise, and skills are expected:

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results; a specialization in HR Management is an asset;
  • Three to five years of professional experience in HR; experience in a consulting company is an advantage;
  • Experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, or Workday HCM;
  • An interest in HR data, with a data-driven approach to HR challenges;
  • A commercial mindset combined with a client-oriented and hands-on approach;
  • Ability to take ownership of client engagements and collaborate effectively within teams to ensure successful delivery;
  • Willingness to contribute to internal organization-building initiatives that strengthen the team's skills and knowledge;
  • A digitally minded outlook;
  • Strong networking skills and proven project experience, preferably within large corporate and/or public sector organizations;
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English
