KPMG Tax & Legal Advisers is looking for a Manager Tax Adviser specialized in mergers and acquisitions to join its M&A tax team in the Brussels or Antwerp office.
You will assist and advise clients in the framework of due diligence, acquisition structuring and modeling, SPA's, post-deal integration, internal restructurings such as mergers and demergers, (re)financing of acquisitions, structuring of management participation and carried interest, and all other aspects surrounding a deal which may have a tax impact.
As well as collaborating with clients at every stage of the M&A process, we work in a multidisciplinary M&A team, looking for strategies and structures that are both innovative and technically sound. Building strong relationships is key to our success, both with clients and internally.
- You will assist and advise clients (including other KPMG practices) in connection with national and international M&A issues.
- You will assume responsibilities in client and non-client matters.
- You will coach professional staff.
- You will maintain relations with clients, officials of the Belgian Authorities and with the business community in general.
- You will participate in specialized industry and service workgroups.
