Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Director Financial Due Diligence you will take on a key leading role within our Deal Advisory team with the following responsibilities:

  • Leading financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and identifying issues that may be of relevance and for assessing the impact thereof on the transaction.
  • Understanding the key business drivers and adding value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce.
  • Acting as the lead point of contact for clients in this process whilst being responsible for the general management of engagements;
  • Providing coaching & mentoring to the team, sharing insights & coordinating with other KPMG teams e.g. M&A Tax and Legal;
  • Expanding your business network and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients by providing advice as a trusted adviser, using your expertise, skills and experience to their advantage.

Together with the Partners you will actively contribute in practice development, continuous focus on innovative solution offering as well as people-development initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong academic background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit;
  • Excellent project management skills and business development skills;
  • Experience in managing teams in a fast-moving environment with changing client requirements;
  • Strong track record in networking & business development.
