Job title

Roles & Responsibilities

We're currently looking for a (Senior) Manager who is passionate about driving finance transformation within the energy industry — someone who can lead projects, develop people, and deliver real impact.

As a (Senior) Manager in our CFO Advisory team, you’ll work directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to help them become strategic partners to their business. You’ll lead teams, manage complex projects, and play an active role in growing our service offering for energy clients.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of CFO Advisory engagements tailored to energy clients — from diagnostic to roadmap design and implementation.
  • Translate complex financial challenges into practical, high-impact solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and control.
  • Conduct project reviews and apply lessons learned to strengthen future delivery and value.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals, pitches, and client discussions.
  • Collaborate on the evolution of our CFO Advisory services — aligning them with energy sector trends such as the energy transition, regulatory shifts, and digital finance.
  • Act as a performance manager: coach and support junior colleagues through on-the-job feedback, mentoring, and career guidance.
