We are looking for an experienced and innovative (Senior) Manager to join our dynamic team and lead transformative projects of medium to large sizes.

Roles & Responsibilities: as a (Senior) Manager in the CIO Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the digital transformation. Your responsibilities include::

  •  Design and lead enterprise-wide architectural transformations, ensuring that the Technology landscape is aligned with strategic business goals and technological advancements
  • Evaluating existing architectural systems (covering a.o. applications, integrations, data, cloud & infrastructure), identifying gaps, and recommending holistic digital solutions that integrate seamlessly with business processes
  • Evaluating & designing Target IT Operating models (processes, people, service delivery model, governance), aligned with the strategic objectives and architecture transformations
  • Interacting with C-levels (a.o. CIO, CDO, CTO) + Acting as C-level sounding board
  • Collaborating with functional teams, technology experts, and sector specialists to co-develop end-to-end digital solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Identifying and shaping business opportunities and supporting go-to-market activities to further drive growth.
  • Leading and coaching project teams to deliver transformation projects/programs effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications: In addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess:

  • 7+years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy and digital transformation.
  • A natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent change management, communication, and storytelling skills, with a knack for co-creating optimal technology solutions with clients.
  • Flexibility and motivation to work on diverse projects, with fluency in Dutch/ or French, and English.
  • TOGAF, Cobit, ITIL,… certifications are an asset.
