KPMG's People Services practice is a fast-growing area of our tax business. We assist a variety of clients, from large multinationals to local clients, on a broad range of tax, social security, immigration and reward topics. Our teams are “360 degree service oriented” with tax technical, team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
Your responsibilities would include;
- You will be part of an enthusiastic team that helps clients on a wide variety of international mobility and reward challenges, with a specific focus on Belgian and international social security and labour law
- You will assist organizations with their questions on (international) social security and labour law;
- Your responsibilities include the coordination and project delivery, work closely together with our tax, legal and IT experts, execution of final technical reviews, staff training, and a high involvement in the expansion of our practice;
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to stay up-to-date and grow further in this area of expertise, as well as apply and develop your leadership skills.
- You have obtained a Master degree in Law or equivalent based on experience. A specialized degree in Social Law is an asset
- You have a relevant experience in Social Security and/or Labour Law of at least 4 to 5 years or relevant experience of minimum 4 years in Belgian individual income tax or reward topics with a burning interest and genuine passion in social security and social law
- You are highly motivated, dynamic and carry a passion for this specific domain
- You can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear
- Because of your strong orgazational skills you are able to manage large and complex projects. Above that, the ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels is a strong asset.
- Your mindset is client centric, innovative and pro-active
- You have a desire to build relationships with new clients
