EU institutions and agencies are faced with a range of diverse challenges where support from professional services firms such as KPMG is required, often through frame contracts.
To strengthen our KPMG Belgium Public Sector team, we are looking for an Account Lead Director & Senior Project Manager for the EU Institutions with extensive experience working as a Management or Technology consultant with and/or within Directorates‑General of the European Commission and other EU bodies, organizations and agencies (EU IBOA).
The Director will work closely together with the KPMG Belgium's Head of Public Sector and team, as well as the EU office, other KPMG member firms and the EU Account Lead Partner at KPMG EMA level:
- Supporting the generation of leads for KPMG Belgium in the EU account sales pipeline in support of the EU office;
- Leading and contributing to advisory projects from proposal preparation through to implementation;
- Delivering feasibility studies, impact assessment and evaluation studies in line with the Better Regulation toolbox and other EU methodologies and guidance;
- Overseeing the implementation of multiple projects to ensure quality delivery on time and budget;
- Recruiting/Building a team of EU account advisory professionals to support in the sales activities & project delivery within the EU institutions;
- Building/Extending a client network within the EU institutions as well as internal EU account network through effective professional relationship management;
- Actively contributing to EU-organized events and sharing the knowledge and expertise with the EU institutions practice and the Public Sector team:
- Committing to the development of the practice by participating to the organization of team events, training sessions and recruitment activities.
