  • Payments of expense cards + cash advances.
  • Payments of the Interco and Intergroup billings.
  • Managing the mail box of the Accounts Payable.
  • Assisting providers with registering in Basware Network.
  • Administrative work on the purchase invoices.

  • You have a background in accounting (education/work)
  • You are organized and know how to put priorities
  • You are service minded with good communication skills
  • You can work in a rigorous, autonomic way
  • You obtain a flexible mindset
  • You speak Dutch and English (and are not afraid to speak/write in French) or You speak French and English (and are not afraid to speak/write in Dutch)
  • Knowledge of Oracle + Basware Alusta is a plus
