Skills & Qualifications

As an addition to our financial services team you:

  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in the Insurance sector, ideally in strategic and/or management consulting.
  • Have a strong analytical mind and are result driven.
  • Can communicate transparently and with impact in Dutch/or French and English.
  • Are able to work independently and in a team.
    Are flexible and can adapt your organization according to circumstances and needs.
  • Knowledge or experience in following domains is a major asset:

1. Financial services business process analysis, modelling, automation and improvement;
2. Financial services customer, market, product and distribution analysis;
3. Organizational, process and business application architecture design for Financial Services;
4. Transformation (digital, post-merger integration, core insurance platforms…) projects.

As we are looking to strengthen our Insurance Transformation team, we have opportunities for capable, digitally native Business Consultants with a creative mindset, who embrace technology and have previous experience with or insurance products and processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Advise and support senior management of insurance companies.
  • Deliver large and complex multidisciplinary programs in cross functional teams.
  • Manage projects and or programs within the insurance sector.
  • Improve operational efficiency by rethinking end to end processes and customer experiences to meet new expectations.
  • Improve Back Office processes of insurance companies through Operational Excellence techniques including Lean, automation & robotics and digital technologies.
  • Implement core insurance systems and transform insurance businesses through new sourcing strategies.
  • Accelerate innovation and synergies with InsurTechs.
