Your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry & accuracy: Collect, verify, and enter essential information into internal systems with precision.
- Database maintenance: Keep client and employee data accurate and up to date.
- Status updates: Communicate progress clearly with internal teams, and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
- Routine process handling: Manage recurring administrative tasks such as reporting, document handling, and digital file organization.
- Training support: Assist with maintaining and updating training materials as processes evolve.
