Roles & Responsibilities

As a Data & Insights Manager within the Lighthouse team, you will serve as a trusted delivery lead and a catalyst for commercial growth. Your mission involves steering complex (Gen)BI projects from ideation through execution, while scaling and refining our market‑leading strategic offerings.

We are looking for a leader who excels at translating deep technical BI expertise into actionable business results, combining strategic vision with hands‑on knowledge to guide clients and internal teams toward the next generation of data intelligence.

Shape the (Gen)BI Proposition:
Own and evolve KPMG’s (Gen)BI methodology and tooling strategy, developing reusable assets and frameworks that strengthen our competitive advantage.

Act as a Strategic Advisor:
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for clients and internal teams, translating emerging trends (such as Copilot and Conversational BI) into practical, high‑value solutions.

Lead multidisciplinary teams of data engineers and analysts while cultivating strong partnerships across KPMG’s AI, Cloud, and broader digital practices.
