Roles & Responsibilities
As Digital Procurement Lead (Functional Expert/ Cloud Solution Consultant) you will be part of Procurement & Supply Chain team that is responsible to assist customers in their digital and technology-led transformation, supported by the Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution. You will be working for clients around the world in different industries.
For KPMG, these transformations are end-to-end, involving everything from the business/technology strategy up to and including the actual implementation.
More explicitly, your role will cover these activities:
- Leading functional workstream from the start to end, both from a content perspective (i.e., being responsible of the Source-to-Contract and/or Procure-to-Pay functional design) and managing the project functional team.
- Translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Conducting workshops in which you will be sharing leading practices and demonstrating the solution, as well as taking ownership of the design document.
- Developing the User Acceptance Testing strategy and overseeing its execution.
- Continuously investing time to keep up to date with the latest technologies and acting as an advocate in spreading this knowledge within the teams.

Skills & Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor degree preferably in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Industrial Science, Information Management, Software engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in multiple software implementations, preferably Procurement solutions such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.
- Leadership skills to coach a team of 2-5 people.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in project teams, take ownership and responsibility.
- Strong customer focus and ability to have conversations with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills.
- Fluentcy in English and excellent communication skills.
Additionally :
- Knowledge of ERP’s such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Relationship Management is considered an advantage.
