Your responsibilities could include:

  • Act as a central point of contact between the Employer Branding team and the Marketing team for content-related requests.
  • Coordinate and follow up on copywriting, design, and publishing requests towards our Marketing colleagues for employer branding campaigns and activities.
  • Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns and materials are delivered as planned.
  • Support the briefing process by gathering input from recruiters and HR stakeholders and translating it into clear requests for Marketing.
  • Help organize and coordinate employer branding and recruitment events, such as campus activities and job fairs.

Skills & Qualifications

• You are a student (bachelor or master) in communications, marketing, HR, business, or a related field.
• You are highly organized and enjoy coordinating between different teams and stakeholders.
• You are comfortable following up, keeping an overview, and ensuring things move forward.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• You are proactive and a real team player.
• Your Dutch and English are excellent.
