Roles & Responsibilities

As KPMG Advisory is looking to continuously strengthen its footprint within the Energy sector, we have opportunities for capable, technology-oriented Consultants with a structured and curious mindset, who embrace technology and have previous experience with utilities products and processes (water, electricity, gas). As part of the Digital Transformation team:

      

  • You will be involved on projects related to core industry processes such as MIG6 processes (transformation in metering & billing / structuring / allocation / etc), digital transformations in supply chain & asset investment/maintenance.
  • You lead and participate in business analysis projects, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, collect business requirements, and translate them in functional and non-functional requirements for the implementation of an IT solution.
  • You get familiar with the relevant IT solutions and can implement use cases.
  • As a key-user you are able to provide end-users with hands-on training.
  • Depending on experience, you manage projects, including the responsibility of planning, resourcing, and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree and have at least 3 to 7 years of experience with a focus on business analysis and project management.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience with energy and utilities processes regarding MIG6 or asset management.
  • You understand the full lifecycle of an IT solution. Experience with ERP (SAP) is a plus.
  • You master business analyst skills for requirement engineering, process modelling (BPMN, UML) and UX design.
  • Preferably you also have experience in end-user training and/or user acceptance testing.
  • You have a pro-active mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, and you are dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills in English and Dutch and/or French are required.
