Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a flexible and highly organized Events Officer to join our marketing team and contribute to company’s continued success. Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events of various sizes, from small team gatherings to large company‑wide initiatives.
  • Manage the full event cycle independently: from initial planning to execution, on‑site support, and administrative follow‑up.
  • Handle event logistics, including transportation and setup of materials, welcome participants, support registrations, and act as the first point of contact during events.
  • Manage administrative tasks linked to events: event registrations, attendee lists, internal communication, supplier coordination, and post‑event reporting.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
  • Support recurring annual events where a defined framework already exists.
