Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a flexible and highly organized Events Officer to join our marketing team and contribute to company’s continued success. As an Event Officer, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of events (both internal and external). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership from start to finish, and thrives in a dynamic and structured environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events of various sizes, from small team gatherings to large company‑wide initiatives.
- Manage the full event cycle independently: from initial planning to execution, on‑site support, and administrative follow‑up.
- Handle event logistics, including transportation and setup of materials, welcome participants, support registrations, and act as the first point of contact during events.
- Manage administrative tasks linked to events: event registrations, attendee lists, internal communication, supplier coordination, and post‑event reporting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
- Support recurring annual events where a defined framework already exists.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in event planning or coordination. Experience in a large or structured organization is a strong plus.
- 2-8 years of experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, and hands‑on — you can comfortably switch between priorities and support a wide range of tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from A to Z.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- A valid driver’s license is a must.
