KPMG's Financial Risk Management's (FRM) team offers a broad range of financial risk management services. We help add value by providing industry understanding, regulatory insight and technical advice across a range of risk issues including:

  • Assisting in the delivery of client engagements;
  • Managing smaller engagements, including the planning and scoping;
  • Identifying business development opportunities and escalating these were necessary;
  • Assisting in the preparation of client proposals;
  • Effective and integrated risk governance;
  • Efficient liquidity and capital management;
  • Enterprise risk management, risk methodologies, tools and approaches for the Financial Services industry (banking and insurances);
  • Risk management and valuations related to derivative products;
  • Guidance and independent reviews on regulatory reporting criteria and methods.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a Master's degree in Business Engineering:Financial Engineering or Risk Management
  • You show interest in Credit Risk Models (Basel 3, IFRS 9, internal or regulatory stress tests)
  • You have an interest in the banking and insurance sector

Besides a strong technical basis we are looking for people who:

  • Communicate with impact (Native/Fluent Dutch or French and English);
  • Like to work in a project based working environment;
  • Are resistant to stress;
  • Have great analytical capabilities and an innovative mindset;
  • Take responsibility to deliver high quality service;
