Job Description:
As Fleet and Mobility Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our strategic vision for mobility solutions while enhancing overall business processes. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies in fleet and mobility management. As a key member of our HR team, you will also be responsible for integrating HR considerations into mobility and process initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Mobility Planning:
- Lead the development and implementation of our mobility solutions in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive efforts to identify and implement innovative mobility strategies, including alternative transportation modes and sustainable solutions.
- Evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify strategic opportunities for improvement.
- Note: We have recently completed a transformation to a full electric fleet, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee the development and management of vendor relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors providing mobility-related services and automation solutions.
Process Optimization, Automation, and Performance Management:
- Design and implement processes to enhance efficiency and streamline our mobility operations, integrating automation solutions to increase efficiency.
- Support the operational aspects of mobility solutions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with senior management and the HR team to set clear objectives for mobility and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of mobility and process initiatives.
HR Integration:
- Collaborate within the HR team to ensure that fleet and mobility initiatives align with HR policies and practices.
- Integrate HR considerations into mobility solutions, including talent management, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
