Responsibilities: 

  • You will be the primary recruitment contact to fulfill the hiring needs of the three Technology departments: Digital Advisory, Digital Risk Management and Lighthouse. 
  • Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Occasionally attending on-campus events, interacting and developing relationships with candidates, screening applicants, reviewing resumes, managing the offer decision process, extending offers, maximizing offer acceptances; liaising with respective hiring managers in setting hiring strategy and executing strategy in their respective area by utilizing a diverse candidate pool and communicating directly with stakeholders; responsible for driving the recruiting pipeline and reporting results to the hiring managers. 
  • High-Volume Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a significant number of positions. 
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. 
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and respectful experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance processes. 
  • Build bridges with partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs for different service lines and offices. 
  • Collaborate with fellow Recruitment Officers as necessary and execute a consistent recruiting strategy.
  • Collaborate with other HR members (i.e. employer branding).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.  
  • Experience in recruiting Technology roles or a degree in related fields is highly desirable.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a keen interest in Technology.
  • A flair for languages, with Dutch fluency, and a strong grasp of English; bonus points for French! 
    Experience in preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports to share with business leaders. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and an affinity for CRM platforms. 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.  
  • Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, analytical, time and project management, presentation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams. 
  • Adaptability is your middle name: Thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Excel, ...
