Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing recruitment events, assessment centers and campus recruitment initiatives, from strategy to practical roll-out.
- Optimizing the onboarding experience of our new employees by organizing welcome days and making sure they have all the information they need during their first days and months.
- Managing relationships with universities and colleges to identify communication channels and touch points with graduates.
- Contributing to the sourcing strategy by identifying best practices in terms of employer branding & recruitment activities and connecting with graduates in order to be a top-of-mind employer.
- Prescreening of candidates by telephone in order to ensure maximum attendance of high-quality participants in recruitment events.
- Following up on event participants in order to ensure a steady influx of candidates to meet the future needs of the business.
- You will also have to take on administrative tasks, as there are many different matters involved in onboarding new employees.
