Your responsibilities could include:
- Creating detailed briefings for our copywriters and designers.
- Creating collateral by using existing templates.
- Drafting presentations and slide decks.
- Copywriting for various channels, such as - but not limited to - the KPMG website, job boards and social media.
- Drafting and updating corporate HR communications such as policies, training documents, etc.
- Identifying best practices in terms of employer branding & recruitment actions.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team's knowledge development by following recent trends in employer branding and HR Marketing.
