Your responsibilities could include:

  • Creating detailed briefings for our copywriters and designers.
  • Creating collateral by using existing templates. 
  • Drafting presentations and slide decks.
  • Copywriting for various channels, such as - but not limited to - the KPMG website, job boards and social media.
  • Drafting and updating corporate HR communications such as policies, training documents, etc.
  • Identifying best practices in terms of employer branding & recruitment actions.
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team's knowledge development by following recent trends in employer branding and HR Marketing.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You are a final-year Bachelor, Master or Advanced Master's student with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics or an equivalent.
  • You enjoy spending time communicating with people and you have excellent writing skills.
  • You are proactive and a real team player.
  • Creative skills are not a must but are considered a plus. 
  • You are fluent in either Dutch or French in combination with an excellent knowledge of English.

Internship period:

  • At least 8 weeks between July 2024 and June 2025 (the exact period will be determined by mutual agreement)
