The Challenge
The world of VAT is going digital. With mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting becoming the standard, companies are under unprecedented pressure to produce high-quality, real-time transaction data. This isn't just a regulatory shift,it's a technological one. It changes how VAT is embedded in systems, how data flows through ERP platforms, and how businesses manage compliance. Manual, time-consuming processes are no longer an option.
Our Role
This is where we come in. At KPMG, our Indirect Tax Transformation team helps clients bridge the gap between legal VAT requirements and operational reality. We combine deep VAT expertise with hands-on knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft D365.
We don't just offer theoretical advice. We translate VAT rules into actionable system and process requirements, helping companies align their tax needs with their IT capabilities. Our goal is to design robust, scalable, and automated solutions that are ready for tomorrow's digital demands.

	Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring ambitious professionals with 4 years of relevant experience, ideally combining VAT with ERP or process transformation. You might come from an in-house team, a consulting role, or a technology provider, but you're ready to go beyond traditional compliance.
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with several of the following:
- A solid understanding of EU VAT principles and reporting.
- Working with VAT in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft D365, or others).
-Translating complex tax and ERP issues for non-specialist teams.
-A passion for process efficiency and building future-proof solutions.
-Selecting, implementing, or integrating Indirect Tax technology.
-Guiding large-scale ERP or process projects in a structured, pragmatic way.
Not a perfect match on all of these? That's fine. If you’re motivated by the intersection of VAT, technology, and business transformation, let's talk.
