What you’ll be doing
As an intern in our People Advisory team, you’ll support consultants on client engagements and internal projects. You’ll:

• Contribute to research, analysis, and presentations
• Assist with workshops, project documentation, and data-driven HR insights
• Help develop tools and templates to enhance project delivery

We’re looking for motivated and curious students eager to explore the world of HR consulting. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred)
• Interested in how data can drive better HR decisions
• Proactive, analytical, and communicative
• Comfortable working in teams and independently
• Fluent in Dutch or French and proficient in English

We offer an internship in Q1 and/or Q2 2026, depending on your academic schedule and availability, in our Zaventem HQ. The duration and the work schedule (full time/part time) can be determined in mutual consultation.
