Would you like a taste of the life of a recruiter in an international and dynamic consulting environment? Join our HR team and you will gain insights in the role of a recruitment officer at KPMG!

 

Your main responsibilities exist of:

  • Candidate sourcing through various job boards;
  • Supporting the recruitment process for graduates in Law and Taxation from beginning to end: job description creation, screening, interviewing, business briefing, contract negotiation etc.;
  • Participating in campus recruitment events and the roll-out of selection days;
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team's knowledge development by following recent trends in HR and by working with HR effectiveness measurement tools.

Internship period

  • Between September and December, the exact period will be determined by mutual agreement.
  • Fulltime or part-time employment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You are a final-year Bachelor’s student or Master’s student and you have a passion for Human Resources.
  • You are a good communicator, pro-active, and a real team player.
  • You are motivated to deliver high quality service, build collaborative relationships and foster innovation.
  • You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
