What can you expect as a Junior Advisor in Business Transformations?
As a Junior Advisor, you will work on client projects spanning various areas of Transformation. This team accompanies its customers in their (continuous) transformations, in a customer-centric, multi-disciplinary and technology-enabled way.
Your role will depend on the client’s main business challenges. These challenges can range from business transformations, digitalization, new technologies, streamlining of operating processes, cost optimizations, improving customer experience, organizational changes, etc.
The Transformation team focusses on three main competences, for which we assist our clients:
- Strategy execution
Operating model design
Value stream design
Transformation shaping - Transformation design and execution
Process (re)design and optimization
Customer and employee journey design
Business analysis
Core system transformation - Transformation coordination
Project and portfolio management.
In addition to working on client projects, you will also support business development initiatives by contributing to proposal writing for new client opportunities.
You will play a key role in supporting the long-term goals of the Transformation team, helping clients tackle their business & technology challenges while delivering lasting value to the entire company. Your contributions will not only make a difference to clients but also drive sustainable growth and success across the organization.

We are looking for people who will soon hold a master’s degree in economics (applied economics, business administration, management, ...), commercial or civil engineering, business informatics, but also political sciences, psychology, social sciences, law or an equivalent degree can be a match.
