To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Advisor to drive IT transformation projects.
As a Senior Advisor within the CIO Advisory team, you will use your expertise to strategically support and guide medium- to large-sized organizations throughout their digital and technology-driven transformation journeys.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to define their IT strategy and target operating model, and supporting the effective roll-out of this strategy within the organization
- Shaping the vision for Digital & IT Strategy and Transformation by assessing the current state, identifying gaps, defining roadmaps, and guiding the transformation journey
- Evaluating and designing Digital & IT target operating models, including processes, roles, service delivery models, and governance structures
- Developing clear and actionable transformation roadmaps
- Guiding clients in outsourcing strategies, strengthening relationships with external service providers, and optimizing service delivery models
- Assessing the existing architecture landscape and providing forward-looking, pragmatic recommendations
- Ensuring quality assurance in technology transformations through peer reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution
- Identifying and shaping business opportunities, and supporting go-to-market activities to drive sustainable growth
- Supervising and coaching project teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects and programs

In addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess:
- 5+years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: IT Strategy/ IT Audit & GRC/ IT Governance / IT Sourcing and SIAM/ ITSM;
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT strategy and digital transformation;
- A natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments;
- Excellent change management, communication, and storytelling skills;
- Flexibility and motivation to work on diverse projects, with fluency in Dutch/ or French, and English;
- Previous experience in consulting is an advantage;
- Cobit, ITIL, TOGAF… certifications are an asset;
- Have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
