Roles & Responsibilities

 

Join our 🌟 vibrant Deals & Strategy team, where you'll provide cutting-edge valuation advice across various industries.

 

You'll be diving into the valuation of businesses, shares, and intangible assets (think brands and customer relationships) for a multitude of purposes like M&A, accounting, tax, internal reorganizations, and disputes. Plus, you'll help clients with Purchase Price Allocations (IFRS 3) and impairment tests (BE GAAP and IAS 36).

 

Collaboration is key! 🤝 You'll work closely with our team, as well as the Finance or M&A teams of our clients, and partner with experts in tax, legal, and strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

You already hold or will soon hold an advanced Master’s Degree in (corporate) finance or financial management. A first working experience or traineeship in a relevant domain such as Valuations or M&A is considered as a plus.

 

While academic qualifications are important, there are several other main competences we highly value, including:
