Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for inquisitive, driven and enthusiastic colleagues, who are proactive, analytical and possess the necessary social skills. Colleagues with an ambition to develop themselves, their customers and their colleagues, and have the ability to co-build a future proof HR function in innovative ways.

You will help our team and clients to succeed if you have the following qualifications, expertise and skills:

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Specialization in HR Management is an asset;
  • You are interested in HR data and you approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
  • Commercial ‘flair’ and are client-oriented together with a hands-on approach;
  • Ability to take ownership of work on client engagements and work together in a team to ensure successful delivery;
  • Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience;
  • You are digitally minded;
  • Have good networking skills;
  • Build collaborative relationships;
  • Seek feedback and motivate others; 
  • Are proactive and can demonstrate a “can-do” attitude;
  • Can demonstrate integrity by being reliable and dependable;
  • Can work independently and in a team;
  • Are flexible and can adapt their working style (remote work, one-site…) according to circumstances and client needs;
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and proficient in English.
