As a Junior Advisor, you’ll jump into exciting client projects across various areas of the Transformation team. This team helps its customers in their (continuous) journeys of change - always keeping the customer in focus, working across disciplines, and bringing in the right technology where it matters.

Your role will depend on the client’s main business challenges. These challenges can range from driving business transformations, boosting digitalization and adopting new technologies, streamlining of operating processes, cost optimizations, redesigning customer experience processes, supporting organizational changes, etc.

The Transformation team focusses on three main competences:

  1. Strategy execution (transformation organization)
    - Operating model design
    - Strategic management
    - Policy evaluation
  2. Design and optimization (transformation operations)
    - Process (re)design and optimization
    - Customer journey design
    - Business analysis
  3. Transformation coordination
    - Project and portfolio management
    - Stakeholder and change management

In addition to working on client projects, you will also support business development initiatives by contributing to proposal writing for new client opportunities.

From day one, you will play a key role in supporting the long-term goals of the Transformation team, helping clients tackle their business & technology challenges while delivering lasting value to the entire company. You’ll be able to not only make a difference to clients but also drive sustainable growth and success across KPMG.

Industry focus:

We primarily focus on supporting clients in three key sectors: the Public Sector, Financial Services, and the Energy sector. We also take on selected projects in other industries, including pharmaceuticals, automotive & transport, and food & manufacturing – so variety is guaranteed.

What to expect:

  • You will join a supportive, young and dynamic team where no two days are the same;
  • You will get to chance to work for a range of clients, and the projects you could work on offer continuous challenge and a constantly shifting workload;
  • You'll be in frequent contact with clients, which will involve travel to various client sites, mostly within the country. International travel is rare but may occasionally be required;
  • You’ll get the chance to build a career where you learn fast, make an impact and grow with every project.
