What can you expect as a Junior Consultant in Strategy?
We believe that strategic issues and decisions are having a big impact on companies and ultimately change the future of an organization. In our view, there are three key triggers that require a strategic and performance transformation; each of them with their own characteristics and response required resulting in several service offerings to define the appropriate answer:
- Reinvention: Enterprise Strategy, Strategic (Re)positioning, Enterprise-Wide Strategic Transformation
- Growth and Margin Expansion: Growth & Market Entry Strategy, Portfolio Strategy & Strategic Planning
- Cost Reduction: Operating & Cost Strategy
- Integration & Separation: I&S strategy, day 1 planning & preparation, post-merger integration and separation
As a member of our KPMG Deals & Strategy team, you will will be part of a team that advises executive clients across industries in addressing key strategic issues, help them by providing insights and answers on how to position themselves in the market (‘where to play’) and assist them in what it takes to be successful (‘how to win’).
The diversity in projects and clients generates a challenging environment and a constantly shifting workload. Your role will be highly varied with a lot of responsibilities and involves working in a supportive, young and dynamic team.
