As Knowledge & Training Coordinator you play a coordinating role between the Knowledge & Research Centre and the business itself. You will be responsible for;
- The organization of the Tax and Legal Academy trainings and their necessary follow up;
- Managing of training participations for internal and ITAA purposes;
- Creating and monitoring of evaluation surveys and reporting this to the management;
- The organization of the preparatory meetings for the Local Office Trainings;
- Coordinating the preparation of client seminars;
- Supporting the Knowledge Team in maintaining the Knowledge Database;
- Supporting the work processes of the Library (ad hoc basis);
- Taking initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing within the Tax, Legal & Accountancy practice.
